For stuck AI pilots
The demo worked. The rollout did not.
Pilots often stall on integration, data and approvals rather than on the model. Dr. Herrera starts by finding where yours stopped and what it would take to put it into daily use, safely, without blaming the team or the vendor that built it.
Sound familiar?
"It worked in the demo, then nobody used it."
"Security review stopped it."
"It cannot reach the data it needs."
"We are not sure it is safe to put customer data in."

What Dr. Herrera looks at
- What the pilot was meant to change, and how that was measured.
- Where it stopped: data, integration, security review or adoption.
- Who has to approve production use, and what they need to see.
- What data it touches, and what must never leave your systems.
The first step
Start with the assessment
The Operations and AI Readiness Assessment is a fixed fee, typically $5,000 to $15,000. It ends with a written plan, three priced options and a straight answer on whether AI belongs in the fix. It is a readiness assessment, not a commitment to AI.
How we handle the risk
Minimum access:
we touch only the data the work needs.
No public tools:
nothing sensitive goes into a public AI tool.
A person signs off:
anything AI drafts is reviewed by a person before it is used.
Questions Dr. Herrera will ask
- If it shipped tomorrow, who would use it first and for what?
- What would make your security or compliance lead comfortable?
- Is the right answer AI at all, or cleaner data and workflows first?
